What data we collect and for what purpose
When you fill in the quote form we collect the data you provide —first name and surname, email, phone number, postcode and the type of property to protect— for one purpose only: to get in touch with you and prepare a security assessment and a quote for Securitas Direct (Verisure) alarms. We don't use it for anything else.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form.
Data retention and sharing
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you don't go on to sign up, for the period legally required before deleting it. We do not share your data with third parties unconnected to the provision of the service, nor do we use it for purposes other than those stated.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact address on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
